When the filter was initially written, an attribute mapping policy could only be validated as XML. As such, some conversion took place inside the filter itself to handle JSON. However, Jorge added the ability to validate JSON policies in the attribute mapping library. In doing so, he also fixed a bug that occurred when translating the normalized, validated policy from XML back into JSON. We should update the AttributeMappingPolicyValidationFilter to use the new JSON policy validation call which will also fix the bug.
