The SAML Policy Translation filter is updated to call the new translation method in the Attribute Mapping library that takes in a YAML policy.

The functional tests and the performance tests will need to be updated to test using YAML policies instead of JSON and XML policies.

Question to Jorge: Are we replacing the JSON and XML support or adding to it?
