Currently, the filter-bundle marks the configuration files copied into /etc/repose/examples as CONFIG | NOREPLACE which prevents those files from being overridden when a user upgrades Repose using either the DEB or RPM package. We should default to overwriting those files since they are just examples anyway.
Additionally, the Valve and WAR packages do not copy their configuration files into the examples directory, but probably should.
- We can upgrade from Repose 7 to Repose 8 and have the example files get updated to the new versions.
- We include the configurations installed by the Valve RPM and the WAR RPM in the examples directory as well.
