In the old client authentication filter, multiple URI tenant extraction regexes were supported. In Keystone v2, only one extract regex is supported. Certain APIs could place the tenant ID in different path segments depending on the resource being accessed. This should be supported.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Multiple URI tenant extraction regexes should be configurable

• Regular expressions are applied until one matches and captures a tenant, which is then used for validation
